If you find yourself needing rehab after a hospital stay,  this is the place to go. Everyone is so good with the patients and it's so clean.  It smells great,  looks like a home or a hotel. I am a guest here. I needed acute rehab and this facility was recommended to me. the team is wonderful. I am able to stay active. The team are friendly and caring, I would recommend this facility. The admission lady checked on me everyday.

my mom is a guest here. we absolutely love the rehab team. the staff made sure she is up and active. the room is clean and spacious, we can stay overnight with her. the management team answer call and text at anytime.

I have spent many weeks at Thrive Rehab, after two times being admitted. Let me say I would recommend this facility. Of course it has its pros and cons like any facility. The cons I have dealt with is mostly dealing with staff that I see on a daily basis, i.e., nurses and nurse’s aides. There are blue sheets at the receptionist’s desk that I recommend you fill out. They are called Thrive High Five award. If you have any issues that need to be addressed, I would fill out the blue sheet and turn it into the receptionist and they give those sheets to Management each day. They should address your issue. Also, I have filled out the Thrive award sheet for any employees that I feel like definitely need a high five and need to be recognized for their hard work, their  kindness, and the ones that will take care of you with a smile. The worst part about Thrive, in my opinion, is the food that they serve. Every once in a blue moon, I will  like something they serve,  but not very often. I hear that they are working on that. They’re also working on trying to serve the food hot to patients because it’s usually slightly warm if not room temperature when you get it. I love the way that housekeeping will sweep and mop your floors, daily, and clean the bathroom and whatever space on your dresser or drawers that they can reach in your room, they will clean. Your bedding will be cleaned as needed or upon request. They also will help you shower. Another pro for sure for the facility is the OtisSpunkmeyer cookies they make fresh daily, and put out by the receptionist’s desk a couple of times a day. Oh my gosh, they are warm and delicious!!!!! The ladies in the Activity room are wonderful, Kelsey & Candy!! They are the sweetest and really try at making daily activities fun for the patients. Physical Therapy isn’t fun, of course, but  the employees that run that gym are all great. Eric, the Social Director, will introduce you to everything upon admission, and take care of your needs. Also, he will work with you on discharge and take care of all your needs then. They do have a van service that will take you in your wheelchair to your doctor’s appointments. You will need to let your day nurse know at least two days in advance, giving them all the information for they can make your reservation. There’s a lot of the Management employees that are here to help and are very nice and helpful. Glenda, Admissions Director, Cynthia, Administrator, Shana, Director Of Nurses, and Jennefer, Assistant  Director of Nursing.  Their business cards are at the receptionist’s desk. I had two doctors visit me regularly, but not on a daily basis, which I didn’t need daily. I know this is so long, sorry, and I’m sure I’ve left something out! Lol. My dad has been here for Rehabilitation after having multiple hip surgerys. The administration is awesome and they truly care about their patients. Every detail in the care and planning for the patient is there the staff actually listen to what's best for the patient. The changes in staff have made a difference. If you have a loved one whom needs PT and OT they have a dynamic team. The nursing staff is very attentive and take time to listen to what's going on with your family member. Glenda and Eric have a very special place they are true angels. They actually care about the patients and their families. At anytime you can call them and they will meet and exceed your expectations. The Director has a heart of gold and she cares about each patient. I knew dad was going to get better when she said feel free to call me I'm just a phone call away... She sat with me in my low moments and assured me it will be ok. The room are very nice and the care given whil here is amazing.
